Q:

kenmore series 600 washer 110.27102310

A:

Hello, glad to help.  Thank You for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com. We, at Sears, value your service.

I am sorry and do understand your frustration when there is problems with the washer.

Glad to help out.  I’m looking at your Kenmore Washer model number 110.27102310.

Looking at the control panel were there by chance any error codes that appeared?

Items to check when the washer will not fill with water:

1.  Is there water coming in at all?  If not then first turn the water supply off to the washer.   Take off the hoses and make sure the water is flowing through the hoses.  If there is then look at the water valve and see if it needs to be cleaned off due to calcium buildup.

2.  Check the pressure hose/switch.  Lots of times that pressure hose just needs to be blown out because of it being clogged.

3.  Need to check the control board and the wires going to the control board.

Please "RESUBMIT YOUR QUESTIONS IF THERE IS ANY OTHER PROBLEMS".

Purchased a 600 SERIES HE WASHER. After the wash, the dark clothes have white spots left on them. I am guessing that has something to do with the rinse cycle. tried different settings but nothing has worked. help.

Q:

deck deflector replacement 917.273373

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for being a valued member.

I was able to find an image showing the torsion spring orientation within the bracket and deflector. You have to hold the deflector and spring in position then slide the hinge pin in. First, you have to remove the push nut on the end of the hinge pin. Usually you have to use a pair of diagonal cutters to cut the nut off. After you have the nut off note the position of the spring. In order to install the spring and hinge rod you will need to remove the hinge bracket from the mower deck. Removing the bracket will help remove tension from the spring so that you can position the spring on the deflector and then slide the hinge rod through the spring.
