Q:

Kenmore Outside Air Unit - how old and where can I find information on this?

A:

Replacing an a/c unit for your home is a significant investment that should be well studied before taking action. I was unable to locate your units information using the resources I have available to me. But I will forward your question to an expert who will investigate the matter further and get back to you. You will hear from them within two business days if not sooner. Until you hear from us, have a nice day.

Thanks for contacting manage my life about your air conditioner system model N2A360GKA200; sorry you are having a problem, I will be glad to assist you. Based on your description it is unclear what issue you are currently having with your system You state it works for a short while, does this mean the condenser stops running? Or does it continue to run but not cool? Do you lose air flow inside the house when and if it stops cooling? Are there any unusual sounds that you hear? If so where do they generate from? Any time you have had service and still are having a problem it is always best to ask the technician to return and recheck the repair and look for additional issues. I recommend you call the technician back for a second look. If you choose to continue, please reply with the details of how the system is operating and I will be happy to respond. If you get to the point where you need to have a service technician diagnose and repair this failure, you can schedule service through this link: Sears Home Services.Ron H.
