Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you are having this problem with the refrigerator. The timer (# 15 in image) in this model is # 68233-3 and it will mount inside the control housing (# 16). Disconnect the power and lower the control housing. With the control housing lowered you will see the timer. Usually in this type of control housing the timer will be held in place with tabs. Remove the timer and disconnect the harness connection. Reverse the procedure to install the new timer. I hope this will help you.
