Thank you for your question.  I am sorry for your loss.  It can be difficult to take on new chores with unfamiliar machines.  This particular electric mower was designed to be easy to use. This model no longer has manuals available but I have locate some information that may help figure it out.  This is from some old sales information I located.

"Another innovation is the method by which the mower is raised and lowered. Where once it was necessary to adjust each wheel individually, the height of the mowing platform is now controlled by a single squeeze of a single lever and is adjustable from 3/4 of an inch to 2-3/4 inches.
A one-touch, spring loaded, four-position height adjustment raises and lowers the mower with a touch of a lever."  I have also located the instructions from a similar model that can help.  The model is a little different but the the mower looks the same. See image below.

Q:

I need a wiring diagram for the switch on my mm600 electric lawnmower. I thought it would come with the switch.

A:

We don't have a wiring schematic for the lawnmower. You should have a black and a white wire in the power cord to the mower and a black and a white wire in the mower to the motor.

The switch has to be wired so the 2 black wires are made together and the 2 white wires are made together. You can test the terminals on the new switch with an ohm meter and tell which terminal closes to which when the switch is turned on.
