Thank you for your question.  I can see that you have gone through a number of steps to resolve this issue.  If the tube to the ice maker is not delivering water to the reservoir, I would suspect the water valve. It could also be the pump or the water sensor. I have attached a diagnostic that may help pinpoint the issue. If further assistance is needed, please reply.  Thank you for using Manage My Life.

Thank you so much Barbara. That really helped. So I ran through all of the diagnostics. Everything looked good except step 4a/4b. The reservoir filled up but the service light continued to blink. It never came on solid. Also, the small black box under the reservoir continually dripped water. Any ideas to help me pin point which part needs to be replaced -the black box (pump?) or some sensor in the reservoir? I really appreciate your time.

Thank you for the reply. The leak from the reservoir area is most likely causing the LED for sensor to continue to blink. There may be a crack in the reservoir. Make sure the reservoir cap underneath is secure. If the reservoir is good, then the pump, which is the black box, is likely the source of the leak. The entire pump assembly is part #2313702 . You may be able to replace just the pump, part # 2313705 , or once you are checking, it may be a tube. You can order parts from Sears Parts Direct . The link is below. I have e-mailed the images of these parts.
