Q:

Oven & bake igniters MGR6875ADS

A:

Thank you for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com. Glad to help out. I’m looking at your model number mgr6875ads and it is normal for the glow bar igniter to remain on while the burner is lit. The igniter will turn off once the oven reaches the desired temperature and then once the control or thermostat call to bring on the burner again the igniter will come on and stay on as long as there is a burner flame. I trust this information will help you.

Thank you for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com.
