Thanks for contacting manage my life about your refrigerator model MFD2560HEW; sorry you are having a problem, I will be glad to assist you. All the cooling is created inside the freezer section, and then cold air is moved from the freezer to the fresh food section. There could be several reasons that you fresh food section is not cooling properly. If the evaporator coil is blocked with frost because of a defrosting issue or because a door was left ajar (usually freezer door on this model) no air can be pushed into the fresh food section. If the fan that pushes air from the freezer to the fresh food section is not operating there will be no cooling in fresh food section. If the damper located in the fresh food section is not opening to allow air flow, again the fresh food section will not cool.  One of the easiest way to determine if the unit is frosted over is to totally defrost the refrigerator by unplugging for 10 to 12 hours , this will defrost coils(be prepared to deal with water leaking under unit) And if this was the problem the fresh food section will start to work again after defrosting, however if the frost reoccurs with-in 5 to 7 days there is a defrost system problem that will need addressing. If the unit woks beyond that then I think the door was left open enough to allow air into the freezer causing frosting. The fan inside the unit should be running anytime the compressor is running so you can determine if it is the issue. Try these tips and report your findings and I will be happy to respond. If you get to the point where you need to have a service technician diagnose and repair this failure, you can schedule service through this link: Sears Home Services.Ron H.
