Hello Jeff. I am sorry to hear about this problem that you are having with your Maytag Range Model MER4320AAW.

I assume that the stove top burners work. If not, you could have a tripped house circuit breaker or a voltage supply problem. Check that issue if necessary. (If the stove top burners work then you can skip this troubleshooting step.)

It is rare for both of those oven heating elements to fail at the same time. The most likely cause of this failure is a bad oven control thermostat. Replacing that component may fix your problem.

Unplug the range before accessing internal components and replacing parts.

Note: Replacing that thermostat without further testing does involve some risk. A wiring failure could also prevent both elements from heating.  There is also a slight chance that both elements have failed. If you need more help, let us know.

If you get to the point where you need to have a service technician diagnose and repair this failure, you can schedule service through this link: Sears Home Services Range Repair.
