I am sorry you are having a problem with the dryer. We should be able to help you with replacing the drum baffles but we will need a model number. Please reply below with a model number. There are so many different models, I do not want to give you the wrong information.

Paula, I am sorry you are having a problem with the dryer. I will be happy to assist you. The baffles in the dryer are secured to the drum with screws from the outside of the drum. In order to access the screws the front of the dryer needs to be removed so that you can raise the top. The image below shows how to remove the front and lift the top. Click on the image to enlarge it. Once the top is up you can rotate the drum so the screws for the loose baffle is up. Then tighten the screws and reassemble the dryer. Please be sure to unplug the unit before attempting any service on the dryer. Please let me know if you need further assistance. Mark
