Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

If one or more keys will not respond, the key pad operation will need to be checked as well as the door switch operations. To diagnose the failure will require making some continuity checks of the key pad and door switches. This will require a volt/Ohm meter. The screws on the back side of the control panel will need to be removed and the control panel lowered in order to access the control board. The P1 connector will need to be disconnected from the board. I added an image below with instructions for checking the keys that do not respond. NOTE: Disconnect the power supply from the dishwasher before accessing the control board. I highly recommend calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your dishwasher.
