A:

At this time the owner's manual for the Craftsman captive air water tank is not available on our site. I will submit a manual request to our web team to have the manual updated to the "Manual" section. The process can take about 10 business days. If any issues occur with locating the manual or with the system it could be longer. Once the manual is posted, you should be receiving an email containing a link to the manual.

The manual is also available for purchase at www.SearsPartsDirect.com. Click on the link to be redirected to purchasing the manual.

Q:

What would make my Jenn-air range hood control panel not respond to turn the lights and the fan on?

A:

The likely failure is the control board. I added some testing procedures in the image below. I do not recommend checking voltages unless you have experience and feel safe and confident in doing so otherwise I recommend calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your range hood.

Q:

What could be wrong with my Zenith projection TV?

A:

For most TV’s if it starts to power on, but will not, it will be in the deflection circuit. This can be a hard problem to track down to a piticular component. Most cases a board inside the television would be replaced and would cost around $500 to $800 for a repair.

PLEASE NOTE: There are many wires inside of a Television and the electronic components in side can store electricity in them. A person could get shocked, while looking around, even if the set is unplugged for a long period. A Television Technician would need to make some check inside the television to know for sure what is wrong.
