I am sorry you are still having problems with the washer. I recommend putting the washer in to a spin cycle to see if the basket is spinning. If the basket does not spin, the problem is most likely a broken motor coupler. The motor coupler is between the motor and the transmission. If it breaks, the washer will not agitate or spin. I have provided you with the instructions for replacing the coupler below. Please make sure to unplug the washer before servicing the washer. If the coupler is fine and the washer is still not agitating, I would suspect a failed transmission. please let me know if you need further assistance.
