Thank you for your question. I know it can be disappointing when the icemaker stops working. This icemaker has some test terminals on the module that may help determine what the problem is. To access the terminals, pull the front cover off of the icemaker. The terminals will be marked (see picture) and using a well insulated jumper, place it between the L - V terminals. Now, press and hold the freezer door light switch in. With the jumper in place, water should flow to the icemaker. If water does flow, the icemaker # D7824706Q will need to be replaced. If no water flows but you can hear a humming noise, the water valve # 67005154 will need to be replaced. If nothing at all happens, some voltage checks will need to be made. THANKS DCOTT. THE WATER VALVE WAS BAD. VOTAGE CHECKED OUT BUT THE PLUNGER WAS STUCK IN THE WATER VALVE.
