One end of the door spring will attach to end of the hinge arm and the other end will hook to the little hole at the bottom of the front panel. You will need to remove the front panel in order to connect the door springs.

I added a YouTube video showing how to remove the front panel . NOTE: Disconnect the power cord from the power source before servicing your dryer.
