Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem with the dryer. I have provided you with an image below that has the wiring diagram. I have traced the heating circuit. The red is the L1 side and the green is the neutral side. I have circled the possibly defective components. I recommend unplugging the dryer first. Then locate each component and remove at least one wire and ohm it out. If any of the switched show open it is defective. In most cases, it is going to be the thermal fuse.

The bias internal is a heater that is inside of the thermostat. When you have the temperature switch to low temperature it turns the bias internal on to heat the thermostat causing it to open sooner, thus resulting in lower drum temperature.
