Freezer LFUH21F7LM0 Frigidaire Freezer

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for using SearsPartsDirect.com.
I am sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing with the Frigidaire upright freezer not working or coming on, I know how inconvenient that is to have occur.
There isn't a power button per se, the unit should power on and run when connected to power or plugged in. If that's not occurring, you could have an issue with the electronic control board or the compressor at the back-bottom. Do you hear the compressor running? Does the electronic come on or does it act like there is no power?
You can try resetting the unit manually by unplugging it for 3-5 minutes and plugging it back in to see if that clears out any errors. Outside of that, a multimeter will be needed to check the electronics and compressor. If the compressor is running, it is likely to be a control issue, but the compressor will need to be checked too. However, based upon your details, I don't have enough symptoms on what's occurring or what's not occurring to help narrow it down any further.
If you would feel more confident have a Sears Home Service technician help assist with the diagnosis/repair, you can call 1-800-349-5071, or click here to be directed to the page to set up service.
Let us know if we can be of any further assistance and thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com.
