Question and Answers

Q:

door open alarm and high temperature alarm LFFH21F7HWG Frigidaire Freezer

A:

Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. I will be happy to help with your freezer. Upon researching model LFFH21F7HWG; the door being opened may have overworked the board or a cooling part. The cooling system would have been running constantly to try and cool down. The board is sensitive to static electricity. I recommend having a tech diagnose the board.

Thank you for choosing Sears. We appreciate your business. Have a great day.

Thank you for your question. I can understand your concern about the display. This appears to be a problem with the control. Try resetting the control by disconnecting the power for 30 seconds and then reconnect it. If it does not correct this problem, the control will probably need to be replaced but I recommend having a technician check this, before replacing it. I'm listing a site you can access, to schedule a tech to come out. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services.
