Q:

LG refrigerator model lfc20760sw door

A:

Thanks for contacting manage my life about your refrigerator model LFC20760SW, I will be glad to assist you. It is unclear if the entire door has dropped or just the cam. You will need to inspect the door closely to determine this. You cannot adjust the cam with the screw.  In most cases of the cam lowering technician replace the door gasket and the cam. Here is a link for your model parts see the Doors section image to select the parts you choose to order. If you get to the point where you need to have a service technician diagnose and repair this failure, you can schedule service through this link: Sears Home Services.Ron H.

Hi,

Thank you for your question, and I would like to answer the question this way.
The unit, it all you do is unplug and reconnect to the power outlet, to make it work would have a faulty ground and this DC volts ground is not allowing the unit to reset the processor. If the wall outlet is ok the fault would be with a ground within the refrigerator. I would recommend that on this problem you have a Sears Home Services technician out to troubleshoot and repair the unit.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance please include more details in a reply to this entry below.
Thank you for using Manage My Life.
