Thank you for your question.  I am sorry you are having a problem with your Whirlpool LER4634dq1 dryer.   

Caution:  Before attempting any repair, unplug the dryer from the wall first. 

When an electric dryer runs but doesn't heat then the first thing to check are the circuit breakers supplying power.  If one breaker trips the dryer might have 120 volts to run but not have 240 volts to heat. 

The wiring diagram below may be helpful to you.  The thermal cut-off, high limit thermostat and control thermostat can all be checked for continuity with a meter is one is available.  I hope this information is helpful.  You can reply below with any additional details for further assistance.
