Thank you for choosing SearsPartsDirect.com. I know how important getting the correct baffle is. A great way to be sure is to check the placement of the baffle by the space between the insert holes. Are the holes a smaller distance between each other? Is so, you may need the short baffle (33001012). If the distance between the insert holes is greater, then you will need the long baffle (33001004). You can give us a call at 1800-366-7278 or click here to get that order started. If you have any questions, feel free to comment back. I hope this helps you. Have a great day!

I know that it can be very frustrating to have issues with your dryer. However, without being there to hear the noise will make it impossible for me to say where or what is causing the squeaking noise. If you not able to locate the source then I would use a process of elimination. Remove the belt from the motor and then start the dryer to see it continues to squeak. If the noise continues then it would have to be from the motor. If it does not squeak then it's likely one of the tub support rollers or axles. Usually the squeaking/screeching noise is from a worn idler pulley and shaft. You could also remove each support roller and clean each of the support roller shafts with a clean cloth. Do not add any oil or lubricants because that will attract lint and cause it to begin to drag over time. You can lightly oil the shafts and then wipe them clean of the oil to see if will cause the squeak to stop.  I hope this helps. If you need further assistance, please reply to this thread. This dryer has no history or this type of failure and I'm surprised the rollers and idler pulley were no help. If the "glides" you replaced were the front and rear felt seal then I have no other parts to suggest.

Both seals should be replace if they haven't already.

I don't suspect the front or rear bulkheads are bent. You can check if the drum seems out of round but it wouldn't be a normal problem.

You can reply with any additional details for further assistance.
