Thank you for contacting Sears Parts Direct with your question about the mini processor board for your Sharp Television. Based on the research I completed for you on this model, the only way to get the mini processor is to replace the main board DKEYMF452FM11. At this time, the part is only available through Sears Home Services. If you would like to have this part installed by a Sears Home Services technician, you can schedule an appointment at www.searshomeservices.com or by calling 1-800-463-4669.

If I can be of further assistance please respond to this thread. Thank you for choosing Sears, we appreciate your business.

Have you hooked up the DVD player to any other HDMI port or tried a different HDMI cable? Do you have any other device that uses a HDMI connection? It could be a setting on the DVD player if the HDMI connection has not been used before. Or even the HDMI cable could be the issue. Please check with another HDMI compatible device or HDMI cable and let me know if it still does not work.
