The key is the compressor.

It must run for the unit to freeze and make ice.

At this point to confirm the problem you will most likely need a volt meter to check live voltage to the compressor.

The wiring diagram below may be of help to you.

If there is a 120 volts to the compressor and it doesn't run with a new relay and overload then likely the compressor is bad.

The control provides the voltage but that is also new.

The on/off switch might also be at fault but it would be necessary to check the voltage to and through the switch.

With out a meter and voltage checks then we are limited in out ability to find the specific bad part.

If a meter is not available the I'd suggest taking the unit to a drop off center to be repaired. You can have it repaired by a Sears technician. Here is a link that will provide the nearest drop-off locations: Sears Home Services .
