The current problem is the thermal fuse keeps going bad right away. First thing is the thermal fuse is a replacement and comes in a kit with some an additional harness. The entire kit must be installed. If the entire kit is not installed then the fuse will blow again. You can view the fuse kit at the following site: Thermal Fuse Kit . I believe the fuse will have a black and black/white wire. I hope this helps. You can reply with any additional details or questions for further assistance.

I replaced my thermal fuse and two weeks later it was blown again. This time though after opening up the dishwasher, there are parts that are plugged into the Motherboard that appear to be melted. What would cause this?

A:

The thermal fuse blowing and the melted connection are most likley caused by a bad connection. Ther thermal fuse kit should have come with a harness and it must be installed.
