Looking for installation instructions for a whirlpool 8194001 door balance link kit for a kitchen aid dish washer model kudp02crwh1

A:

Instructions are very important to have when it comes to installing parts on appliances. While you are waiting on an expert to answer you question, I was searching the model number you have provided and it seems to be incorrect. A suggest I have is to verify your model number and attach it to this thread so you can get a better answer from the experts. Have a nice day!

I can understand how important it is to have your dishwater working properly. The easiest procedure is to look at the door balance cable located on the other side of the frame to see how the cable is routed and to see where the spring is positioned. You will have to remove the lower access panel and possibly slide the dishwasher out some in order to install the new cable. Note: I recommend disconnecting the power supply from the dishwasher before installing the cable kit.

I added a YouTube video showing how to install the Door Cable . I hope this helps. If you need further assistance, please reply to this thread. Thank you for using Manage My Life.
