Hi Sean,

Thank you for submitting a question to Manage My Life.

If the thermal fuse is not blown, you most likely have a wiring issue or a control problem. The first thing I recommend is turning off the breaker for the dishwasher and checking the terminal block behind the toe panel. The terminal block is where the dishwasher is wired into the house electrical supply. These wires are most often secured with wire nuts and those connections often become loose. After you have ensured that these connections are good and have replaced the toe panel on the dishwasher, restore power and see if the console will light up.

You did not mention how you checked the fuse, but the remaining checks will require the use of a multi meter. If you have a meter and are confident in your technical abilities please utilize the checks I am including below.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website; Sears Home Services .

Here is a link that you may use to view the parts list diagram or purchase any parts needed for your Kitchen Aid model number KUDI02IRWH0 dishwasher .

I hope this is helpful. Check the things I have covered here and if I may be of further assistance please reply to this post with details of what you find.
