Thank you for your inquiry on your Kitchenaid Refrigerator, Model: KSSP42QHS00. From reviewing the details on your model,If there is power to the board and, it seem as if you have looked at the main control board and located the fuse, which is a none replaceable fuse. The board needs to be replaced, if the power is getting to it. There could have been a voltage surge in the lines that caused the problem.

Safety Warning: Before beginning the repair, disconnect the direct power supply to the refrigerator to prevent the risk of injury or any electrical shock.

Caution: Contents inside the washer unit could have sharp edges. Make sure you wear protective gloves during the repair.
