I can understand how important it is to have the right part for your refrigerator. However, Sears does not have anything to do with changes to parts. This is done by the manufacturer only, so we would not have any more information on this that you would. If you would like more information, I would suggest that you contact Whirlpool. If you need further assistance, please reply to this thread. Thank you for using Manage My Life.

I went to the Sears store today and ordered part W10134777. This is the base to the unit in question. Can you provide me with instructions on how to install this new base?

I know that it can be very difficult when you can't get the parts that you need. However, I did some research on these parts and the new base (W10134777) will not fit onto the new assembly. These two parts are not made to go together. If you want to use the new base, you will need to replace the rest of the bin as well, which will be more expensive far more expensive than the new assembly. Please let me know if you need anything else. Thank you for using Manage My Life.
