Thank you for your question. I understand your concern about the wire harness. Unfortunately, there is not a replacement wire harness for the auger motor. I would suggest having a technician check this to see what can be done with the existing harness and connection. I'm listing a site you can access, to have a tech come out. Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you are having this problem with your refrigerator. Usually, when storms and electrical power outages and surges take place, the control boards will be damaged. This is a very complicated and complex model even for a technician. It has 4 control boards and it's very possible that more than one of these boards has failed.
