Hi,

Thank you for asking this question and allow me to answer it this way.

For the freezer to not be cooling could be a number of things. The voltage is supplied to the electronic defrost control which provides the power the cold control thermostat. The thermostat in turn provides power to the most important component the compressor which provides the coolant to cool your refrigerator. This is a job that requires the skill of a sealed system Sears Home Services technician to solve the problem for you.

I hope this answer is useful and that it helps you correct the problem with your appliance.
Thank you for using ManageMyLife.
