Hello Luciana. I am sorry to hear about this problem that you are having with your KitchenAid Refrigerator Model KSRG25FKSS01. I hope that we can help you get this cooling issue resolved.

The parts 2 and 3 are covers for the cold air supply to the meat drawer at the bottom of the refrigerator compartment. The air flow diagram for the refrigerator is shown in the image below. I suspect that the part 4 covers the return air vent. You may be able to fix this cooling problem by safely storing your food and thawing the return air vent and meat pan vent out.  Unplug the refrigerator and let it stand for 24 hours with the doors open to thaw those areas. Make sure that you don't block the incoming air vent or the return air vent when you reload the refrigerator and start it back up.

If the refrigerator begins cooling properly, then I recommend that you monitor it. Check to see if those areas freeze up again. If they do, then you will probably need to have a service technician examine the refrigerator even though you live in a foreign country.

If you need more help, let us know.
