I am assuming the only food that freezes in the refrigerator is whatever is touching the left wall of the refrigerator.

There might be something directing the air from the damper at the top left side of the refrigerator so the air flows along the left wall.

I am sending you an image showing how air flows inside your refrigerator. Look at what you have inside the refrigerator that might cause air to flow to the area that is freezing the food.
