From the original poster bhodosko. Fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! turns out it was indeed the thermal fuse. My issue was finding the thing. I unplugged the dryer and took the back off and found it. It was near the dryer exhaust. The part should look like this: http://www.repairclinic.com/PartDetail/Thermal-Fuse/3390719/2923?modelNumber=KEYS850LQ2. Email me if you ever need help on this issue, Peace out, Bill

When an electric dryer will not run then the usual suspect and the first part to check is the thermal fuse located behind the rear panel on the blower exhaust. The image below will help you locate the thermal fuse. the fuse can be checked for continuity if a meter is available. If a meter is not available then the thermal fuse can be bypassed with a small piece of insulated wire if caution is used. I can tell you more about this if you have no meter. Remember to unplug the dryer first before removing the rear panel.
