Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you are having this problem with the new control board. After researching this, it would lead to a defective control board. First, make sure the wire connection is tight and there are no loose wires. Also try resetting the control again by disconnecting the power for 30 seconds and then reconnect it. If this same problem still occurs, it would lead to a defective control board.
