Question and Answers

Q:

I need help to replace a gasket K45SSWH-0 Kitchenaid Mixer

A:

Thank you for contacting SearsPartsDirect.com with your question about your Kitchenaid mixer. I am so sorry to hear it is dripping oil. That ruins what ever you are mixing rather quickly. I will be happy to help you with this.

There are a few washers, gaskets and o-rings that could be the source of the leak. You will need to determine which part has failed before you will know what to replace. I have included the link for you to view the parts diagrams for your mixer.

Parts Diagrams for Kitchenaid Mixer K45SSWH-0.

On the Case, Gearing and Panetary Unit diagram you will be able to see the screws that hold the unit together. Once you have the unit open, check the individual washers, the transmission gasket and the o-rings. Once you see where the leak is from, you can order and replace that part.

I hope this answers your questions. If you need additional assistance, please submit a new question with additional details. Thank you for choosing SearsPartsDirect.com. We appreciate your business.
