You can remove and install the replacement bulb as shown in your owner's manual. Anna T. posted that manual in the above response. If the socket needs to be replaced, then I recommend that you have a service technician complete that repair since that is an internal component. Microwaves contain high-voltage components that can retain a lethal electrical charge of up to 2200 VAC -- even when the microwave is unplugged. Repairs and adjustments, even minor ones such as replacing lamp sockets, can cause microwave leakage. A microwave shielding leakage test should be performed after any microwave service.
