jt910sa2ss or if you type in jt910 i usually get some results. your response is greatly appreciated. essentially we turned off some breakers to replace a defrost heater in my friends ge fridge side by side then we turned on the breakers and now i have a constant beeping and fd from the display. i noticed another thread where the pro recommended that the customer checks for the connection at the ribbon cable connecting the board or touch screen and on the other end have not tried that yet but other than that the fd is going on and after i press clear/off it comes back, tried to reset the clock but will go back to the orig time and continue beeping. tried holding bake and broil for 3 seconds but no luck. a couple of years ago the board was changed on the unit for 500 and i also have another friend that changed his board on his ge wall oven. looks like these units have some serious issues.

Thank you for submitting your question. I understand your concern and I will be happy to assist you. I was unable to find an FD error code for your wall oven. However, there is an F5 error code which indicates a sensor circuit failure and to replace the main control board (WB27T10069). You can order parts from our Sears Parts Direct web site. Please reply back to this thread if the provided error code is correct for further assistance. Thank you for using Manage My Life.

Sied, I recommend disconnecting the range from power and leaving it off for 24 hours. Then once the 24 hours have passed, turn the unit on, reset the clock and see if it'll work. Doing this will complete reset the board. If it does not, I recommend having service for a technician to come out and inspect the board. You can schedule for service online through the provided link below. The SF appeared because you were in a "Special Feature" mode for your wall oven (pages 8-9).
