Hello Alvin. Here is another copy of the link that Joseph P. posted: F3 on electric range . That previous answer discusses a similar problem. The F3 does indicate that the control board detects a problem with the oven temperature sensor circuit. You can shut off the house circuit breaker to disconnect electrical power to the range and check the sensor probe with a volt/ohm meter as described in that previous answer. The image below shows how to access that sensor probe in the oven cavity. If the sensor is bad, then it will need to be replaced. You can order parts from this page: GE Range Model JSP38GT1BB Parts . If the sensor is okay, then you could have a problem with the wiring harness or the electronic control board. If you need more help, reply with additional details.
