The problem with both the water dispenser and ice maker not working is very concerning. I did some research on your model number but was not able to find a solution. Thank you for your question. I know it can be disappointing when the dispenser and icemaker stop working. Usually when both the dispenser and icemaker stop working, the water valve will be the cause. I see you have replaced the valve but which valve was replaced? This model has a primary valve # 67001478 and a secondary valve # 67001435. If the filter # UKF7003 has not been replaced, it could also be causing this problem. If you would like more assistance, reply to this thread and I will assist you further.

I insintalled a new primary valve and since I have a reverse osmosis I put the bypass filter in. I guess you are supposed to hear a hum at the primary valve when you push the water dispenser but I don't hear anything.

Gene, if there is no sound when the dispenser is activacted, some voltage checks will need to be made. At the valve itself, check to see if there is 120 volts being supplied when the dispenser is activated. Be very careful making this type of check. Now, if there is no voltage being supplied, I recommend having a technician check this unit. This is a very complex unit and can be complicated to check. You can call 1-800-469-4663 to schedule a tech to come out.
