I am sorry to hear you are having a problem with the oven. It is extremely frustrating planning a wonderful meal for your family and then have to eat out because the oven quit on you. The error code could have been caused by irregularities in the power supply or a failure in the control board sensor circuit. Did you remove power to the unit for at least 30 seconds? If so, did the error code come back? If the code came back, then the control and overlay may have failed and would need to be replaced. Often it is a button on the touch pad that is stuck. Unfortunately in that case it would not be repairable. To see if a button is stuck, touch each button on the touch pad. You should be able to feel each buton retract when you touch it. If one doesn't then the problem is in the touch pad. If the code does not come up after you have disconnected the power for 30 seconds, try to reproduce the error by runing the same cycle you were using when the error first appeared. If it doesn't come back, then it was likely a power fluctuation and removing the power for 30 seconds reset it.
