The image below shows the procedure for accessing the components in the control panel of that oven. Be sure that you shut off the house circuit breaker to disconnect electrical power before accessing internal components.

This should be the information that you need to complete this repair. If you need more assistance, reply with additional details.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .

Hello Kalei. The procedure provided in the above image should help you release the control panel and replace that control board in the oven. Be sure that you SHUT OFF the house circuit breakers for the oven to completely disconnect electrical power before accessing internal components. Once you release that console, you can fold it down and forward to access the control board. Position the oven door in a slightly open position so that you have a base to support the control panel. Use a towel to pad the top of the oven door and prevent scratching the control panel. Note the location of wiring connections on the control board before removing any wires (take a digital picture of the wires to document their location if necessary). Remove the wires and replace the control board on the back of the control panel. Reassemble the range. I posted a parts diagram for the door on that model of JennAir range in the image below. The Key 1 that is called the handle is interchangeable. That is part number 74006895. There is a black insert that is Key 2 in that diagram. That component is black on the stainless steel model. I did not find a stainless steel insert to replace that component. If you need more help, let us know.
