Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

Turning the gas supply back on after the gas supply had been shut off for a few days should not have caused any failures unless, the gas pressure regulator had shut off due to turning the gas supply back on rapidly or too much gas pressure. The gas pressure regulator can shut the gas off if too much gas pressure entered the regulator too fast.

Assuming the gas pressure regulator is Okay and working, it could have a faulty oven glow bar igniter or it may be too weak to allow the oven safety valve to open.

Open the broiler drawer and then turn on the oven. Look towards the back of the burner assembly and you should find the glow bar igniter begin to glow red. The igniter must glow red to almost white hot before the oven safety valve will open. If find the igniter glowing and gas pressure regulator is open, the igniter is too weak to pull enough current/amperage to allow the oven safety valve to open. Replacing the glow bar oven igniter will most likely repair your oven.

NOTE: Disconnect or shut off the power supply to the oven before servicing.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.
