A:

Thank you for choosing SearsPartsDirect.com. I will be more then happy to assist you. Sounds like the gas flow to the burners. DId you recently cook something that over flowed to the burners? It might just need to be cleaned . On this one you can remove the gates and lift the top. Once under you can clean out the burners and make sure there's nothing cutting the flow of gas. Would you help me out to find what parts I needed ? I recently bought used JGD8348CDP Jenn-air Jenn air cooking and installed. But there were no gas flow at all. Fan was working and spark seems normal. All of them. I suspected the fan relay. I installed new regulator and seems OK. All units do not get any gas flow. I checked Right before gas line and gas were coming out. But the point which right after gas tube and appliance inlet tube connected, I think gas clogged. I checked diagram for electiric and found the gas valve are connected with fan relay. Is the possible theory ? I recently ordered fan relay... Thank you in advance.

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

If it's only happening with one burner, I suspect a faulty burner valve. Since it's a gas range I strongly suggest calling a service technician to properly diagnose and repair your cook top.

You can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
