Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

I assume that none of the spark electrodes are sparking. In order for the electrodes to spark, the burner base and the cooktop must be grounded. When a burner valve is turned to the light position, the burner valve has a switch sitting on each one of the gas valves. When the switch closes, it complete the path of voltage directly to the spark module. If the spark module is not getting the 120 VAC power supply or if it's missing Nuetral, it will not attempt to send voltage to each of the electrodes.

I added an image below of the wiring diagram. I traced the spark ignition system in black , blue, red and green represents nuetral.

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

Based on your symptom and details I suspect it could have a faulty Triple Tier burner ignition switch failure or loose or disconnected wire. I added several images below with the theory of operation and other useful information. I would first check the Triple Tier burner switch located under the Triple Tier burner valve as shown in the images below. The switch can be disconnected and then tested for continuity when the Triple Tier gas valve is turned to various degrees (42-75 degrees) as described in the information below. NOTE: Disconnect the power cord and turn the gas off before testing the switch.

Check the things I have covered here and if I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.

Some how the first part of my original message did not appear. Only one burner is not working. The other three all spark and work fine. When I remove the 2 burner assembly on the left and replace it with the grill assembly both of those ignite. So if you're facing the cook top the left rear burner is the only one that does not spark. (Not sure if position has any relevance)

Steve: Some how he information in the second response was pertaining to a different model range. I do not know how this info was pasted and copied on the second reply but disregard it. The wiring diagram however is correct but the response was not directed for your specific model. Based on you symptom and details, it most likely has something thing to do with the way the two burner module is wired up. I would compare the wiring on the module that works with the wiring in the module that only one igniter is working. You will likely find the module miswired or it may have loose or broken wire. The wiring diagram will provide how the module is wired up. The white wires will connect to electrodes. I would check the white wires from the module connections back to the switches. Be sure to disconnect the power cord from the cooktop before servicing.
