When an appliance doesn't work properly or gives out it can be very disappointing because you don't really know what is wrong with it or you might even have to buy a whole different appliance. A suggestion I have for you while you are waiting on your response from an expert is visiting the SearsHomeServices.com website to set services with the Sears team. I have attached the link below if you are interested in viewing while waiting on your response from an expert. Hope this helps, good luck

The calibration procedure for the thermostat on your oven is shown in the image below. This is from page 17 in your owner's manual. Here is a link for the full owner's manual in case you need it: Owner's Manual .

Before adjusting the temperature, I recommend that you accurately measure an average temperature in the oven over a 10 minute period after it has preheated and cycled on and off several times. The oven temperature will normally cycle above and below the set temperature. Be sure that you are using an accurate thermometer. Based on the actual temperature that you measure using this method, you can adjust the temperature on the thermostat up to 50 degrees using the information in the image below.

If your oven temperature is definitely over 100 degrees off using the measurement process described above then the thermostat may need to be replaced.

If you need more help, let us know.
