Why won't my oven heat up, we replaced the ignitor


I assume you mean that the new ignitor is not glowing. The electronic control board or the oven safety valve has likely failed. In order to diagnose which one has failed will require disconnecting the power supply from the power source and test the oven safety valve. Disconnect both wires (yellow and white wires) from the oven valve and check the resistance of the oven valve using an ohm meter. It should have 1-1.2 ohms of resistance. If the oven valve tests OK, the likely failure is the electronic oven control board. The bake relay is not likely closing on the control board. See image below.
