I am showing that the oven thermostat switch for this model should be part WB20K10004. That WB20X5071 may work the same but it is not listed as the correct part for model JBS07C2WW. To replace that component, you will need to unplug the range and open the console as shown in the image below. Pull the knob off of the front of that thermostat and remove the screws on the front of the console. Transfer the wires to the new thermostat. Route the sensor into the oven in the same manner as the original sensor was installed. Reassemble the range and test it. Adjust the oven temperature as shown in that image below if necessary.
