Thank you for the inquiry and for using SearsPartsDirect.com. Sorry to hear about the leaking water during the defrost cycle, I know how frustrating that is.

I agree with your assumption, the drain tube could be frozen or clogged and it would be worthwhile to check it to make sure it's still good.

To gain access to it, the evaporator cover in the back of the freezer compartment (# 94) will need to be removed. Once the cover is removed, you will see the evaporator coils and below them is the drain tube (#63) leading to the drip tray (#64).
