Washer Model 110.21302013 DOes not produce HOT WATER on the hot setting? 110.21302013

Thank you for choosing and being a valued member.  I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be when your washer is not producing hot water.

If you machine is not giving you the 120 degree water on the Whites/hot setting then I would suggest having a technician check the water temperature sensor.

I do apologize the manufacture does not give us the information on how hot the water temperature on the washer should be nor the settings.

The temperature settings are on page 10 of your Owner's manual. The manual does not give us specific temperatures for each setting.

You can also visit for parts, diagrams, and repair information.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .

Thank you for your question. Have a great day.

Need help installing handle for hot insinkerator 42273B

Thank you for being Sears’ valued member and for contacting with your question about installing the handle on your In-sink-erator. I am so sorry you are having difficulty installing the part. I will be happy to help you with this.

Your question did not provide the model number of the In-sink-erator, just the part number of the handle (42273B). Without a model number, I must caution you that the information I found may be different on your model. I located model HOT1 that uses the same handle as your model. I have included the link below for you to view that model’s owner’s manual.

Owner’s manual for Instant Hot Water Dispenser model HOT1

On page four of the manual is a diagram that may help you figure out what part may be missing, damaged or installed incorrectly. Please check the spout holder and slotted set screw as these parts hold the handle in place.

I hope this answers your question. If you need further help, please resubmit your question with the model number included. Thank you for choosing Sears, we appreciate your business.

Extremely hot water 153327565 Kenmore Electric water heater

Hello glad to help.  Thank You for choosing Sears
I am sorry and do understand your frustration when there is trouble with the water heater.
Glad to help out.   Im  looking at your Kenmore Electric water Heater model number 153.327565.

Most likely either your upper or lower heating elements have gone bad.  However, your thermostat could be stuck open.

Some helpful ideas to check:

1.  Verify the water heater is plugged in.  Reset the circuit breaker.

2.  Turn  off the power to the water heater and open the front acess panel.  Fold back the insulation and locate the red "reset" button.  Replace the insulation and close the access panel.  Restore power.

3.  Turn the thermostat down if the water is too hot.  Allow at least 1 hour for the temperature to adjust prior to using any water.

4.  If thermostat is working then you know to change the heating elements.

If you change the heating elements, be sure to also change the heating element gaskets.
