Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you are having this problem with the dispenser. Unfortunately, these dispensers are not serviceable. However, when this type of problem occurs, it could be due to a build of mineral deposits. I can understand your concern about the water freezing. Usually these systems are exchanged instead of repaired. However, make sure the ambient temperature is not too cold. I'm attaching some information from the owner's manual. If the temperature is ok, I suggest checking with the store it was purchased from, to determine the procedure for this model.
