Thank you for your question. I know it's frustrating when the oven stops working. This can be a defective spark module or control board. It would be very unlikely that both the bake and broil igniter would go out at the same time. A voltage check will need to be made to determine, which part has failed. NOTE: I do not recommend making any voltage measurements unless you have experience and feel safe and confident in doing so, otherwise I strongly suggest calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your range. I'm attaching the strip circuits for both the bake and broil. To check the voltage place one meter lead on the red wire at the spark module from the P2-4 terminal of the control board and the other lead on white wire on the spark module. Set the oven to bake and turn it on. If there is 120 volts at this check and no spark, the module # W10331686 will need to be replaced. If there is no voltage, the control # 9760013 will need to be replaced. I hope this will help you.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
